Amazing stay at a beautiful property. Onsen was perfect
9.0Views from the room were was amazing and having a private onsen was a nice touch. Meal was delicious! I didn’t think I would enjoy the western part of the meal because I wanted to have Japanese food only but the prime rib was absolutely delicious!!

Nice and relaxing, beautiful hotel!
9.0The room and the view were amazing. The public bath in B1 was really nice too.
− Laundry had no camera or notification when machines are available. People just took you stuff out and dump in basket. Lots some laundry items.
Centrally located onsen resort with delicious food, epic views, spacious rooms
10.0The property is fairly close to the center of the town. Most major attractions were a 10-15 minute walk. We stayed in one of the larger rooms that sleeps 5 people (3 adults, a 2-year-old, and a 6-year-old). The room is beautiful and spacious, with traditional yet modern Japanese design. One of the few hotels/resorts in Japan I've been to that feels a bit more technology-forward. The in-suite onsen was very nice. shares the same great view as the room. Which is basically the lush mountain and creek below. The kids absolutely loved the futons. In terms of food, there's only one restaurant and a bar/cafe at the lobby. We mainly dined at the restaurant. Breakfast is more traditional Japanese with baked salmon, sashimi, and local specialities. Miso soup/rice/salad bar/drinks are self-serve. Dinner is also a set menu that spans Japanese, reimagined Chinese cuisine, and then Western. We absolutely loved all the Japanese and Western dishes. The sashimi was exceptional. The steak and stew were both mouth-watering. As for the onsen, it was very nice. We went at the beginning of July, maybe it's the low season, as there weren't that many people. But I loved it even more. Felt like I had the whole place to myself between the two outdoor ones with a panoramic view of the lush mountain and the saunas. As for service, they were attentive and met our needs right away. One of our companions had an injury that required medical attention, and the front desk was quick to organize a taxi ride for us to the local clinic. And when someone mistakenly changed the time of our taxi reservation, the team immediately sprang into action and drove us to the airport in their shuttle (flat fee 27000 yen, same as a taxi). It's nice during the summer, but I definitely want to come back during the winter to check out the views with the snow.
− While the property is close to the center of town, it's difficult to get a taxi. But this might be because the town is kinda small, so there aren't that many taxis roaming around to begin with. House cleaning was a bit light, feels like they just fluffed the sheets, backfilled the water, and called it a day. Maybe they're short-staffed because they did offer a bottle of wine if we chose not to get the room cleaned, which we declined.
Estadia maravilhosa, pra quem busca conforto e tranquilidade.
10.0Hotel muito bem estruturado, conforto, perto de pontos turísticos, funcionários muito prestativos.

3.0− Our checkout was at 11:00 AM, but our bus back to Sapporo isn’t until 5:00 PM. We asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel and come back to collect it later, but unfortunately, they didn’t allow it. As a result, we had to drag our luggage around while visiting the onsen egg area, the foot spa, the convenience store, restaurants, etc while waiting for our bus to arrive.
