− Room needs upgrade to modern standards, aircon little bit noisy. gym is very hot, table tennis close after 18. Beach close after 18.

4.0It was a family trip, and good access to Beach, and good meals. but, room looks old, and not very clean.

4.0house keeping是最低限度的服务，只把床铺一铺，换换毛巾，浴袍都懒得叠，更别说个人物品了。实在愧对5星级酒店。以后不会再选择温德姆了。
Hotel Bell Boy Cheating
4.0My family enjoyed staying at this hotel and wanted to take a taxi heading for Westin hotel where is located in HonKong middle road. I asked a bell boy to call for a taxi and he said that a taxi didn't go by a meter. A taxi driver asked for 260 RMB and I told him that I paid only 50 RMB last night. Then a bell boy told me to give ma further discount and asked me to pay 200 RMB. I had a young boy hence couldn't argue the fare with them further. A hotel was located in a remote area therefore it wasn't easy to get a cab without a hotel's assistance. It was really horrible.
