Nice stuff but dirty hotel

I stayed because I was living in my car I'm still living in my car but it was nice to have a bed for a week so I guess I could get over the roaches at least it was a place to stay

Unclean and Pest Infested

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on our recent experience. Here’s why: Upon check-in, the reservation system did not carry over my Priceline booking details, so I had to provide all my information again. The staff member assisting us was kind, but that was the only positive aspect of our stay. Cleanliness was a significant issue from the start. When I moved a chair to access the air conditioning unit, I found trash and soggy cigarette butts underneath—clear evidence the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. The refrigerator also had visible spills left from previous guests, and one of the pillows had a yellow stain. In the bathroom, the toilet paper roll was nearly empty, and there were no replacement rolls available. Despite trying to be understanding—perhaps housekeeping was rushed due to the holiday—the situation escalated when we saw a German cockroach in the room, out in the open, during daylight. German cockroaches are notoriously difficult to eradicate and their presence often indicates a widespread infestation, as they typically hide unless populations are high. This was especially concerning since we were traveling with our 12-year-old daughter. When we informed the front desk about these issues, the staff member offered more toilet paper or to move us to another room. However, because German cockroaches often migrate between rooms and a daytime sighting suggests a serious problem, we decided it was best for our family’s health and safety to leave. We spent less than an hour in the room and had to book another hotel at additional cost in order to continue our holiday plans with family. Neither the hotel nor Priceline offered compensation or a refund for our troubles. Long story short...the lack of cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and presence of pests made for an unacceptable experience. For these reasons, I would not recommend staying at this property.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Air conditioning was great. But what was important to was the motel staff offered a refund without having to ask when I had to shorten my stay.

Roaches on walls and floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Had to ask for clean towels and wash cloaths.
