Location for our needs was perfect. Comfort of the room needed improvement.
5.0I liked the walk in shower, the large kitchen and the close proximity to the highway and Portage Lakes.
− The air conditioner was not working properly in our room. We said something to the staff and was told the a/c was struggling to keep up with the heat outside. I would have believed this except my daughter's room was nice and cool. Thank goodness we brought a fan as it never dropped below 80 degrees in our room. Also, the elevator was not working properly.
We’ll choose a different hotel next time.
3.0Some staff was friendly and rooms are spacious. Easy location to get to. Lots of local restaurants around.
− Fewer pillows and towel given than we had people for the reservation. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn’t have any extras; we could only have one more. Breakfast had rotten fruit and expired yogurt. No waffles. Pool area looked clean but the bathroom hadn’t been looked at in a LONG time.
