1.0− We were unable to stay because bookings reservation number did not match at check in. This happened twice that night. 4 hours is what we spent in the parking lot.
Worst customer service
2.0My dad had a heart attack. So we rushed to Corpus & would be arriving very late. I booked & called to inform hotel of our 1am arrival. When we got there at 1am with my small son asleep in the car, MAKAYLA (front desk) said they did not receive payment for our room. I showed her my confirmation but she didn't care. She said we didn't have a room & needed to leave or we would be escorted out! Even though I had my confirmation email, even though I am a Marriot member, even though we called ahead to let them know of our late arrival, even though we had a family emergency, even though we had just driven 3 hours and even though my 5 year old was asleep in the car, MIKAYLA, would not allow us to check in!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

8.0Very friendly and helpful staff. Daspit it being on the freeway, the room was quiet. The property was clean, but old. Indoor pool and gym. Free breakfast, and parking.
