5.0Petit déjeuner super Literie très confortable Piscine et sauna très agréables
− Les joints de la douche sont à changer car très vieux et sales Chambre très sombre et avec une porte qui donnait sur une autre chambre donc on entendait tout de la chambre d’à côté Nous avons un surclassement booking qui n’a pas été appliqué, c’est décevant Le jeune personnel ne parle pas un mot d’allemand

− Parkgebühren wurden im Nachgang erhoben. Stand nicht bei Booking in den Kosten. Frühstückspreis mit 23 Euro pro Person viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt. Haben dieses Hotel bereits 3x gebucht aber zu anderen Konditionen. Matratzen sind viel zu weich und hängen zur Bettmitte.

8.0Fijne grote (luxe) kamer met groot balkon. De bedden waren ook erg goed en kamers niet gehorig.
− De hygiëne met name badkamer was niet heel erg goed.
Niet 4 sterrenhotel. Gedateerd. Zeker waar wij. Zaten op de eerst. Verdieping. En ook waar wij door liepen

tegenvallend hotel; er lijkt de afgelopen jaren weinig aan onderhoud gedaan te zijn

− Badkamer al jaren niet ontkalkt; geen haakje te vinden voor kleding of handdoek, geen plank te vinden voor toiletspullen, erg primitief ingericht personeel niet allemaal even vriendelijk, met name niet bij de receptie; aankijken van een gast hoort echt bij het werk van een receptiemedewerker... terrasstoelen vol vogelpoep
