3.0− I think the whole room needs to be updated and definitely more deep cleaning the room was terrible sand on the floor a roach in the floor I wouldn't rent from this place again

8.0− The interior of the apartment could use deep cleaning. Ceiling fan blades needed cleaning. Sand on floor. I had to sweep. Area rugs needed vacuuming.

4.0− The bathroom smelled like urine. There was mold on the blinds. Refrigerator was rusty. The unit is advertised as a 1 bedroom however it is a studio/ efficiency. The pull out mattress is not an actual mattress, it’s a cheap foam topper. The TV did not work well. For the price it was not the quality we were expecting. The one ceiling fan was not secured and we were concerned it would fall down. The view was beautiful and it’s a great location.
