10.0The staff, setting, and services of this hotel were outstanding. The views all around the grounds and the infinity pool were amazing and so relaxing. The restaurant was beautiful as we soaked up the chill jungle vibes at the tasty breakfast buffet and extensive all day menu for dinner. They have a good shuttle to Ubud but we also enjoyed staying in our area above the hustle of town. The staff were so nice and helpful for anything we needed and the spa with flower bath was such a unique and romantic experience for me and my wife. I never write reviews, but we had such an amazing time at this magical resort!

10.0The staff were the stand out feature of this property. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the tiwel animals cute. The spa was incredible. The best massage we've experienced. The restaurant food was really tasty. Lovely pool area.
