10.0The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service.
− No elevator, so it'll be tough if you have big luggage. No bathroom in the room (my bad, I didn't read carefully when I booked), but there is a toilet.

− Il faut aller dans un autre bâtiment pour profiter de Onsen, et pas bien expliqué car il ne parle pas bien anglais. On a jamais trouvé les douches et les extérieurs pas aussi beau que sur booking

10.0Fue una hermosa experiencia de Ryokan, las habitaciones con tatamis y futones, equipadas con lo necesario. Reservamos el alojamiento con cena y desayuno y ambos fueron super abundantes y gustosos. El personal fue muy amable y servicial.
