4.0Staff was super friendly, customer service was excellent. However the pool and hot tub have been out for 6 months and the listing on Expedia was not updated with that information. Snacks and drinks were very overpriced and there was no complimentary breakfast at all.

10.0First, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didn’t give me a hassle at all and were understanding.
