10.0I love this place. I make a point of staying here every time I travel to UK via London airports - even if my trip is to Wales, I always stay here first night; it’s close to lots and a good chance to rest, and the staff have always been so so friendly and amazing, every time
Nice but don’t use the car park.
6.0Nice hotel. But £10 charge to park was a bit strong, especially when there’s a car park next door which is free on a Saturday night, which they failed to tell me.

10.0Staying here was amazing. I only stayed a day, but it was close to the airport and close to the train that led to downtown London. Definitely will stay here when I come back.

4.0Most disappointing place I have been to worst pillows and not enough either I did mention my wife was disabled and partially sighted paid for breakfast but couldn’t get any as it was past breakfast time despite mentioning my wife’s disability not enough toilet roll or shampoo no milk available in the room to make tea, one cloth hanger Someone really needs to inspect the rooms I thought it was reasonably priced but it cost me more than a room at the Hilton which was 75.00 this cost me 76 pounds and I had to pay for parking as well I think I should get a refund for the breakfast I paid for but never got.
