The Reefcomber was well set up with everything we needed on a great beach with fantastic staff!
8.0Diane was so welcoming and helpful, we ended up in a unit which was really close to the beach which we loved. The location was good and the sunsets were fantastic.
− Wifi was a bit patchy but that wasn’t a major. The unit was fairly basic but had everything we needed.

− There were a lot of ants in the accomodation, but with some spray we got rid of them
When we had cleaned our room, it was a nice stay. Even if it is budget friendly cleanliness shouldn’t be neglected.
7.0The beds were comfy, the garden is lovely.
− The cutlery and cups were sticky and hadn’t been cleaned. A room that sleeps 3 had 4 knives and 1 fork. Long black curly hairs in the bathroom, there was quite a build up of soap scum in the sinks and around the taps, with streaky mirrors. The dust buildup was from over time not just recent. We cleaned our own units, unsure of the daily room servicing as nothing changed definitely not the towels. They may have changed the sheets but definitely not the pillow cases and the mark is still on one. The tea and coffee has never been topped up.

7.0We were in the beach front unit. Amazing location. Stunning view. Outside of very high tide u can walk along the beach all the way to the best coffee cart, fresh fruit ice cream and fresh fish n chips on the island. Close to little shops nearby. Great snorkeling outside our room and basic snorkeling gear provided by the Motel.
− Our hot water was sketchy and the bathroom windows didn't have flyscreens. We could close doors etc... but both could be a simple fix for the motel.
