Average at best, I don’t expect five stars for the price but I do expect clean and functional.

− Paint was done by a 2 year old, carpet and soft furnishings were dirty. Bathroom also dirty.

Great location, maybe a tad expensive for what you get.

− Their website said breakfast included. This was not true. I bought it to their attention and showed them but they just said sorry that is not right. The shower was nice and modern but the pink bedside tables/bedhead could do with a paint. One towel was pretty aged and very thin compared to the other one.
