− Limpieza, mobiliario, agua sin presión.en ningún momento nos cambiaron sábanas ni toallas. Las claves de entrada en el portal,muchas veces no funcionaban. El mobiliario de la piscina estaba de pena.

− Zostawiłem kosmetyczkę . Od dwóch tygodni - pomimo opłacenia przesyłki - nie została odesłana . Bardzo słabo . Przed przyjazdem i w trakcie pobytu jesteś miłym gościem. Po wyjeździe mają cię w nosie .

1.0− I booked this accommodation through Booking.com, but shortly after booking, someone claiming to be an assistant at the property contacted me via WhatsApp. I was asked to pay for my stay via a third-party link, requiring me to enter my personal information and credit card details. Since this payment method seemed unsafe and inconsistent with Booking.com's policies, I asked to pay by credit card upon check-in. This was refused. I then offered to pay in cash upon arrival or directly through the Booking.com platform, but both options were also refused. As a result, I found myself in a situation where the accommodation I had booked became effectively unavailable, and my family and I were forced to urgently find another place to stay. This caused us significant inconvenience, wasted time, additional stress, and ruined the start of our trip. I am also extremely concerned that such requests for payment via third-party links appear to be a fraudulent scheme to obtain customers' credit card information. The obvious question is: why does Booking.com allow properties using such methods? I trusted Booking.com precisely because I expected secure bookings and payment methods.

− Empezando por la entrada, nos llevamos casi 1 hora esperando en la puerta para recibir el codigo de entrada, llegamos al apartamento y todo sucio, el suelo del baño lleno de cabellos, la piscina de 10 que estuvimos alli, 8 dias todo verde y despues de reclamar varias personas, la limpiaron 2 dias antes de marcharnos, el Wifi no funcionaba y para colmo, cambiaron el codigo de la puerta de entrada sin avisar a los huespedes, q nos encontramos casi todos en la calle de noche sin poder entrar... eso y muchas mas cosas..
