8.0The staff is very helpful. Specially Regine solved our all problems. We get quick answers all time. Also location is very safe and reachable

2.0Personale cortese e simpatico. Buona posizione per Villa Borghese e stazione Termini. Stanza pulita ma si cede che è vecchia e un po trascurata. Letto abbastanza comodo.
− Palazzo vecchio e non molto curato. Camera piccola con gradini per entrare e per il bagno (senza bidet) Le tende e la coperta in pail puzzano in maniera imbarazzante. Nonostante fosse al quarto piano rumore dalla strada fino alle 2 di notte e alle 5 di mattina gente che girava per il piano parlando a voce alta. Nessuna insonorizzazione. La colazione da fare ad un bar vicino è così composta: scelta fra 1 bevanda calda (caffè,cappuccino ecc) 1 brioche, 1 suco di frutta e 1 tramezzino (grande ma non buono). Per quasi 150€ per una notte mi sembra troppo caro e comunque no.

8.0The hosts were accommodating and they provided all the basics, including slippers which was appreciated. Clean and spacious room with a nice view. The location was nice and there were quite a few breakfast spots available close by.
− The reception was there until 6pm, and they had provided a phone number in case of emergencies, we tried calling them around 6-7pm through than number for an emergency, but the call wouldn't even connect. Also the wifi barely worked in our room, so we ended up using our cellular for the entire stay, which was a drag because travel bandwidth is quite expensive.
Good to know
Arrivals after 20.00 (8 pm) will be able to access to the Inn via digital codes at no extra cost. It is necessary to advise the property before hand so that check in codes may be generated.
