8.0− The room was too warm, so we opened the balcony door to let some cool air in.
Exceptional facilities in great part of ohakune
9.0Great facilities in the lodge, other amenities such as the spa were excellent and good value cafe which offers a discount. Good location in ohakune. Very helpful staff
− Room probably too small for us for more than one night but not a deal breaker and I could have explored booking options more
Great value for money if you want a cleanliness, comfort and close to the town.
8.0We stayed in the Holiday home and it was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were comfy, it was large enough to fit us all and have space and privacy. Place was very clean and tidy and had great heating.
− Nothing that I can think of.
Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, but there were a few disappointing aspects that didn’t match the price we paid
4.0We enjoyed the open plan lounge area and the outdoor seating, which were both comfortable and enjoyable spaces to relax.
− Personally, we didn’t feel the stay was worth $615 for one night, especially with the additional $250 bond. We were also disappointed that a bunk bed had been squeezed into the corner of the room where it didn’t seem to belong. It blocked access to the wardrobe, which was advertised as part of the room’s facilities and something we expected to be able to use.
It’s a very clean and family friendly place.
10.0The cleanness was exceptional. Convenient central location.
− The shower water temperature was changing cold to warm unexpectedly. It’s a good opportunity for contrast showers, if you like them.
