− Front desk staff unprofessional. My elderly Aunt needed to use bathroom upon arrival and was denied by tall young foreign gentleman at Front desk. Was told bathroom was inoperable. No alternative given even when requested! She drove to gas station and didn't make it! No apologies or anything. He thought it was funny. Filthy carpets in room. Saw rats outside in bushes while sitting in my car. African American Front desk clerk said he could have offered another bathroom used by employees or opened a room. She made me feel bad saying she would have walked out and went somewhere else. This is their employee telling me this in front of my Aunt! I booked through Booking.com and good luck reaching someone to modify anything after checking in. In summary, never will I use this facility or recommend it again.

− A soft chair in the room would be useful.

− Actually nothing bad to say, maybe the pool had to much chlorine and only one washing machine and dryer (for the purpose of my stay)

− The bed mattress could be a better quality but not horrible.
This best Western is horrible!
1.0The receptionist was friendly, but accommodating.
− The room stank, The sheets were stained as if somebody just had sex there, and had to kill a huge recluse spider on the wall by our bed. Reception said there was no refund , and no other room available. We did not stay there.
