− Strutture tenute male, poco manutenzionata, riparazione con nastro isolante, bagno fuori dalla camera, bidet dentro la doccia… non ti danno nemmeno le bottigliette d’acqua

− Struttura tenuta male, molto poco accogliente, maleodorante all’ingresso, nonostante il tentativo del proprietario di essere gentile, stanze in pessimo stato di manutenzione, riparazioni con nastro adesivo, doccia con il bidet all’interno… peli sui mobili lasciati da qualche spazzola di un precedente ospite… il gestore molto scorretto sui prezzi … assenza di bottigliette d’acqua

9.0Very friendly staff. About 10-minute away from the city center, so it's okay. The place is basic. But given the price, it's a great stay. Great air-con. Better than those in some 3- or 4-star hotels I had in Italy during my trip.
− There is little space between the toilet seat and the radiator. It may be too small for people of larger size. Maybe it's just my room.
