9.0Lovely and clean rooms and very comfortable. It was warm and the shower pressure was great. Nice and close to shops and restaurants and they had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will be back.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Nelson. * Liana and her family are incredibly warm, welcoming and genuinely care about their guests. They shine in hospitality! * Spotlessly clean rooms with very comfortable beds. * Excellent location close to Nelson Airport, Nelson Junction, Tāhunanui Beach, shops and restaurants. * Well-equipped kitchenette with a Nespresso Vertuo machine, hotplate and even an air fryer. * Complimentary guest laundry. * Affordable vending machine with both treats and healthy snack options. * Excellent accessible room and shower with a shower chair, which I really appreciated as a disabled guest. *Luxury Bodywash, Shampoo and conditioner available * Complimentary late checkout offered on this and my previous stay, plus they kindly stored my luggage after checkout so I could enjoy Nelson before my evening flight. * Staff checked if I needed fresh towels, tea or coffee during my stay. * Consistently exceptional customer service and attention to detail every time I visit. * It is so easy to relax and enjoy the Motel, I did not want for anything and enjoyed every moment with my family visiting.
