7.0The room was comfortable and clean. Coffee down the hall was a bonus.
− There is only someone at the front desk until 4pm. They were very kind and helpful but we didn't realize there wouldn't be someone there during other hours. They are reachable but this isn't like a regular hotel with 24/7 staff.
Would stay again.
10.0Excellent location in Gros. Coffee / breakfast spots nearby. Easily walkable to Gros beach and to San Sebastián old town. Coffee facilities were good. Fresh water and beverages daily were fantastic.

Nice clean facilities with good AC. Room and bathroom very small.
7.0It was clean and had a nice common area to sit for work and to eat/drink. The drinks in the fridge and coffee machine were nice to have.
− The shower was extremely small and the room was even smaller than the pictures.
