− اخترنا الإقامة في **بودل الفخرية** لكونها علامة تجارية معروفة، وتوقعنا أن يكون مستوى الخدمة متناسبًا مع قيمة الإقامة، لكن للأسف كانت تجربتنا مخيبة للآمال. خلال إقامتنا واجهنا عدة مشكلات، منها تعطل الميكروويف، وتسرب في أنبوب المياه، وخلل في اتجاه رأس الدش، وتمت معالجة بعضها بعد إبلاغ الإدارة. أما المشكلة الأكبر فكانت تعطل جهاز التكييف في الليلة الرابعة. حضر فني ليلًا لكنه لم يتمكن من إصلاحه، واضطررنا للنوم في الحر. وفي اليوم التالي حضر فني آخر دون أن تُحل المشكلة، ثم تكرر العطل مرة أخرى في الليلة الخامسة، ولم يتم إصلاحه أيضًا. من غير المقبول أن تقدم علامة تجارية مثل **بودل الفخرية** هذا المستوى من الخدمة مقابل الأسعار التي تتقاضها. We are paying for a well-known brand and expect the quality of service to match the price. Unfortunately, our experience at **Boudl Al Fakhria** has been disappointing. During our stay, we encountered several maintenance issues: * The microwave was not working. We reported it, and it was eventually replaced. * The water pipe was leaking. We informed the staff, and it was replaced. * The shower head was directed toward the wall instead of outward. I tried to adjust it myself, but it did not work, so I had to leave it as it was. * On the fourth night, the air conditioner stopped working. We called the reception at night, and a technician came but was unable to fix it. Unfortunately, we had to sleep in the heat that night. * We reported the issue again the following day. Another technician came, but the problem was still not resolved, and we had to spend a second night without proper air conditioning. * On the fifth night, the same issue happened again. A technician came once more but was still unable to fix it. If a brand such as **Boudl Al Fakhria** provides this level of service, I do not believe it justifies the amount guests are expected to pay. What is even more disappointing is that throughout all these incidents, we did not receive a single apology, any form of compensation, or even a gesture acknowledging the inconvenience caused.
