Very nice hotel, but....
6.0This hotel is very nice, but there is a lot of noise at night in the neighborhood, because of "DOGS". Too many dogs in this area barking at night. Hard to sleep even with wndows closed. Excellent breakfast, very gentle personel. If they could solve the problem with the dogs, I would give them a "5".
Excellent boutique hotel
10.0Everything about this hotel from the friendly staff to the beautifully appointed rooms was excellent. A tastefully restored, colonial style building, nicely situated in a quiet street a short distance from the town centre. Very comfortable beds and pillows, good breakfast choices and the staff went way beyond the call of duty to help us with a matter unrelated to the hotel. A masterclass in how to run a boutique hotel.
Vacation and Spanish school
8.0Arrived here to find a lovely small hotel, after a long trip from Vancouver via Toronto. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They also accommodated our early breakfast time during the week while we attended Spanish school. Breakfast very good, fresh daily. Our room was clean and bed very good.
A very good hotel
10.0Very good hotel, excellent service, wonderful staff, the best breakfast meals. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. The staff gave us some very good tips about restaurants and places to visit around town.
Vina del Mar
10.0Charming Boutique Hotel Nice room, Helpful staff spoke English well. Brakfast was good but strange, they wanted time for breakfast the night before, Eggs were on the table on arrival. Short walk to the oceanfront. Room was large, and well equip.
