9.0Renovated new apartment was great. I have been staying in this property around 6/7 years. This trip was really great.
Internet connection was slow
9.0− In the Room, The internet was too slow We couldn't make a voice or video call. Only in the lobby there is fast connection was fast.

1.0اعجبني الموظف ايمن ابو نواف وموظف الاستقبال سليمان
− اولآ : توقعت اسم منتجع ينطبق عليه منتجع العقربية .. وللأسف مواقف السيارات خارج المبنى وبدون حماية من رجال الأمن . وعدم وجود مظلات للسيارات .. والأمر الأخر : تم اعطائي حجز في الدور الثالث وعدم وجود اسانصير … تخيل احمل حقائبي للدور الثالث وانا في عمر 56 وللأسف هناك موظف يدعي انه مشرف واسمه محمد الدوسري وللأسف هذا الموظف تعامله غير جيد ومسماه الوظيفي ولا عنده حلول او بدائل … ان الحجز يروح عليك اذا انسحبت من الاقامه … لأني طلبت منه نقلي الى احد فنادق بودل ويوجد فيها مواقف واسانصير & فطلب مني اعمل حجز جديد والحجز القديم سوف يخصم عليك … وهذا مهوب حل للأسف
