8.0The room was clean and comfortable but a little tired. Staff were great and the food surprisingly good.

4.0Unfortunately the overall service from the hotel was not to standard . Check-in process was delayed because booking was not reflecting on system . The room service is unacceptable . Waited over 3hrs for meal which eventually arrived without an apology and after numerous calls to the reception desk

6.0John , the night duty manager was very helpful in changing us from the original room to another as the first room was unacceptable. They did supply us with a lovely tray of snacks the next day for the inconvenience caused .
