2/10 Two stars only for the comfortable bed and the warmth in the room.

− * Not enough toilets and showers. There were at least 20 people staying there, but we only had 3 toilets and 3 showers available. Furthermore, the toilets and the entire building were not particularly clean. * Rude staff. Around 80% of the staff were impersonal, rude, unfriendly, and seemed to lack even the basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service. * Hidden and unreasonable charges. Accommodation should provide guests with certain basic amenities. I find it unacceptable that I had to buy a UK plug adapter instead of being provided with one free of charge, as I believe should be expected. I also find it unacceptable that they tried to charge us for a towel (screenshots attached), even though it was already included in the price we paid. Before arriving, I had messaged them to ask about towels, and they told me there was an extra charge (!!). However, I later discovered that towels were actually included in my booking’s listed amenities, and thankfully, I noticed this before paying. I also find it ridiculous that guests are expected to BUY a locker instead of being provided with one free of charge! BTW they were very late to answer my messages when I made them questions about the facilities and asked for more information. * Insufficient storage space. Most of us travel from across Europe and even further away, so larger storage spaces would be greatly appreciated. The drawers under the beds, which you can see in the photos, do not all work properly. When you try to open them, they get stuck against the neighbouring bed because the bunk beds are placed so close together that the drawers become practically unusable. On top of that, they make a lot of noise when pulled out, disturbing other guests. * Terrible breakfast. Everything was cold, there was nothing hot, and the food was of poor quality. Thankfully, at least there was some fruit. * Mediocre location. I wouldn’t say the location is terrible, but it is certainly not great either.

Great accommodation option in a great location

The hostel was in a great location, just a few blocks from Borough Market and London Bridge. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help with anything. The room was nice, the bed was spacious, and there was plenty of room. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe staying in the Oasis room. I would definitely recommend this hostel!

− There was no kitchen, only facilities to boil water, and the common area was quite small. However, there was a beautiful terrace where you could sit and enjoy your meals, which was a lovely plus!

La ubicación es muy buena, estar a una distancia corta caminando desde London bridge es ideal, además por la puerta pasan muchos colectivos que conectan con diferentes partes de la ciudad. El servicio de lockers es muy útil para poder dejar las valijas mientras uno puede recorrer. El personal fue muy amable y es también muy practico que haya un bar pegado al hostel. También en el área hay muchos supermercados que están abiertos hasta tarde lo que facilita encontrar opciones de comida si se llega tarde. También es muy util que cuente con canastos abajo de las camas para dejar las pertenencias bajo llave (hay que llevar un candado propio claro)

− Los baños estaban sucios en su mayoría, la habitación en la que me quede no tenia baño adentro, eran todos afuera y compartidos por todas las habitaciones. Por lo que es muy comun encontrarte con gente a medio vestir por los pasillos. Los que estaban en mi piso estaban sucios y tenían feo olor, no funcionaba el botón de varios inodoros por lo que se entiende el olor. Durante mi estancia tuve que evacuar la habitación en el medio de la noche por un principio de incendio en el tercer piso, considero que a esa hora debería estar cerrada la cocina para evitar estas molestias y desgracias.

Tolles Erlebnis im Hotel St. Christopher's Inn London Bridge The Village. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist einfach perfekt für Ausflüge in die Stadt. Zimmerkomfort, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung waren sehr gut und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gern wieder.

Excellent location for seeing London. Good to have female only option of rooms.

− Check in was very busy, 2 staff trying book in lots of guests, queues to the door. Shower/Bathroom are could have been cleaner.
