Terribly rude staff and poor cleanliness.
2.0The location is good. Centrally located, but a bit out of the way.
− We have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. In the past we have been generally satisfied. However, their standards must have really dropped. The cleanliness was definitely not up to par. Also, the staff act smug and arrogant - even to the point of being rude. My wife and I saw cockroaches twice during our 3-day stay. Once in the dining room during breakfast, and the next day in our room's bathroom! We told the staff at the reception desk, but they acted like we were hallucinating. Very unpleasant experience this time around. We will not be staying at this hotel again, especially as there are many nice hotels in the center of Prague!

9.0Lage direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, aber auch fußläufig schnell im Zentrum. Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück ausgezeichnet

9.0موقع فندق ممتاز وتحت كل شي عندك بقالات ومطاعم والترام 10 دقايق وانت بالسنتر والموظفين وددين والمكيف بارد حقيقه انصح فيه وحاول تحجزه بدري وحجم الغرفه مناسب جدا لشخصين الاطلاله عاديه لكن مايهم وكثير من النزلاء من دول الخليج وشكرا لهم قدموا لنا هدية بمناسبه زواجنا ❤️
