8.0Near a train station, moderate walk to Shinagawa Station. Decent amount of room
− No elevator. Basic dated room. Has a kitchen, sink and stove, but no pots or utensils. Heavy comforter on bed, and no sheet, hard to get a comfortable temperature for sleep.
