Hôtel très bien situé et typique du coin
7.0Situation centrale dans le 10ème arrondissement et près de tout commerce et de la porte de Porte Saint-Denis, un monument emblématique. Quartier très animé et très agréable. Personnel très sympathique et avenant d'où notre incompréhension sur les avis négatifs ! Une salle pour le petit déjeuner (que je n'ai pas pris sur place) très exiguë, dommage !
− J'avais choisi la chambre au 5ème étage mais je n'avais pas du tout pensé au fait qu'il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur ! Pas toujours évident d'y accéder surtout tard le soir. Partis précipitamment 1 jour à l'avance dû aux événements du 17 octobre sur Paris ! La situation était juste chaotique !

3.0Établissement très bien placé la cha et personnel très agréable
− Il y avait une odeur prégnante d’égouts dans notre chambre nous obligeant à laisser la fenêtre ouverte en permanence, c’était limite de l’insalubre. Pour avoir de l’eau chaude il fallait laisse le robinet ouvert à fo d pendant quasi 1mn, les hôtels ne sont ils ps soumis à la réglementation ERP? Literie très fatiguée don pas confortable Et tout ça pour des nuitées à 160€!
