8.0I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely try to stay at another okko hotel if possible. Efficient and clean room, and the free extras in the private lounge were really a change from the usual hotel operating models. The only issue was with a hair-plugged shower drain. I suggested to the person at reception servicing this item every couple of days. Otherwise I couldn't be more satisfied.
