− staff forget to charge hotel fee upon check in and asked me to come back again make payment. however, they allow me to come back later to do it

7.0Hotel Granada Johor Bahru is a comfortable 4-star hotel in Bukit Indah, directly opposite AEON Mall, with buffet breakfast included and clean, practical rooms suitable for a short JB getaway. The biggest advantage is the location near AEON Bukit Indah and plenty of eateries.
− Nothing major to complain about; overall, it was a pleasant stay.
