4.0Hotel staffs are very helpful and very kind, but the hotel service and repairs management needs changing, ASAP, as for teo weeks steam room didn't work!, and we couldn't fully enjoy the facilities, and the hotel policy should be stricter with guests which have no respect for others, loud music from guests shouldn't be allowed anywhere in the building , guests should have a better behavior in using facilities without making anything dirty!. The hotel lifts was not working properly, many time stuck and couldn't come out the lifts!!.in general the hotel location is good and all staffs are amazing and extremely helpful.
