Guest review
6.0Proximity of the fair.
− 1. It is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to offer only instant coffee—Nescafé—as part of the breakfast package, while charging extra for a basic espresso, especially when the room cost 200 euros per night. 2. I stayed for 3 days, and each day I informed the reception that the fluorescent lights in the bathroom were flickering. No one ever came to address the issue during those 3 days. It was like having a disco in the bathroom—amusing, perhaps, but completely unacceptable for a 4-star establishment at that price point.
Hotels of Earth · questions
- Is Tuyap Palas really a five-star hotel?
- Yes. Its own classification data carries five stars; that rating, not a style label, is what puts a property in this collection.
