Great Location. Large bed. Good aircon. Clean. Ice machine. Water fountain.

− Staff locked the doors at night. Waited outside for 15 mins at 3am until another guest came and knocked heavily on the doors. Another staff member stored their soda cans inside the ice machine. Small bathroom. Minimal towels that were a little stained. No late check out available even for a fee. We were told by night staff to ask the morning staff for a later check out and that it’s normally free. Found out the next morning they don’t do late check outs at all. They have a baggage storage but there’s no security other than the reception staff keeping an eye. No ticket/labelling system.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Die Klimaanlage ist katastrophal. Die ist super laut, sodass man sie nachts nicht wirklich anlassen kann, wenn man ruhig schlafen möchte. Das Bett ist sehr durchgelegen und am knarzen. Das Frühstück wird auf dem Flur serviert. Eine Möglichkeit sich an einen Tisch zu setzen gibt es nicht. Wenn man nach 09:00 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, gibt es nicht mehr wirklich viel zu holen. Allgemein besteht das Frühstück aus Croissants, Joghurt und cheese sticks. Aufstriche oÄ gibt es leider nicht. Für den Preis hätte man auch andere Unterkünfte buchen können.

Well-located but spare

The location is superb. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and had the basic amenities. Breakfast was decent: choices of yogurt, mozzarella sticks, hand fruit, fresh pastries and hot beverages. Ours was a very last-minute reservation and we were pleased to get a king bed. A/C worked well. I appreciated the room-darkening curtains.

− The room was small and spare. No decor on the walls. The tiny sink was inside the room rather than in the bathroom. There was one small mirror and no counter on which to put toiletries. One side of the bed had no reading lamp.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location. Room was clean. Coffee machine, fridge and hairdryer. Breakfast was just enough to start the day. Only stayed 1 night and it was quiet.

PERFECT LOCATION. ROOM WAS OKAY IF YOUR THERE FOR WORK CONFERENCE. BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER.

− PILLOWS WERE TOO THICK AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. THE AIRCON WAS TOO LOW AND NOT CIRCULATING AROUND THE ROOM TO KEEP IT COOL ENOUGH, COULD BE BETTER IT IT WAS PLACED HIGHER.
