− Not clean, many tings not working. Front door . Bad smell on corridoors Phone ti reception didn't work Door to minibar closet couldent close tight. Staints on the carpet several places. Light in night stand lamp not working. Was given too small room on arrival. Too few breakfast tickets given on arrival. Bigger shower head splashes directly up in sealing. Hotel in general worn down, but looks great on pictures.

Perfectly fine for a brief stay over in London
7.0Very pleasant reception team and room upgrade was appreciated. Very handy for Westfield (parking) and the Central line.
− Bathrooms a little dated and waste water took a while to drain away.
Good hotel in an unsafe neighborhood
7.0Very close to westfield ariel way and O2 empire.
− Property management have to work with the police to rid the neighborhood of junkies. Too much drug sale infront of the hotel and behind around the 02 empire.
