9.0Service was amazing; the staff was so friendly and polite. They remembered our names : ) The location is great and close to Usaquen. Breakfast was good!

− Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. Bogota no es la misma de hacer anos, ahora es necesario contar con aire para descansar y estar en esas habitaciones sin ahogarte del calor. Y el desayuno terrible, sin opciones de proteina para nada, solo frutas y cereales, de resto las opciones son muy limitadas.

− Basic in room facilities with nothing outside of shower gel and shampoo, old carpet, toilet flushed poorly. Other facilities were poorly maintained - restaurant toilets 2 of 3 broken and no hand soap, pool facilities no shampoo or shower gel, no towels, toilets broken again
