10.0- czysty pokój, - pokój gotowy przed standardowym czasem zameldowania, - uprzejma, nienarzucająca się obsługa, - blisko centrum - po wymeldowaniu zaproponowano nam przetrzymanie bagażu do czasu odlotu; nie skorzystaliśmy, ale bardzo miło, że o tym pomyślano, - bezglutenowy chleb dostępny podczas śniadania, - wygodne łóżko.
− - telewizor nie działał, kilka razy trzeba było zgłaszać, ale w ostateczności wymieniono na inny, - brak możliwości otwarcia okna - klimatyzacja musi być ciągle włączona, by był dostęp do powietrza, - mało wieszaków na ręczniki, nie ma ich gdzie odwieszać, co powoduje, że codzienna ich wymiana staje się koniecznością, bo nie schną.
