− This property is completely ridiculous. It is the worse experience that we had as this is a 5 stars hotel. The expectation was not there. Nothing worth for 5 stars. Pools are dirty with many leaves, bugs and it is just old and not good quality facility. The stuff was unhelpful when the air conditioning was not working in our room and refuse to get us a new room right away until I throw a fight, then they got us a new room.

To reach the property, guests can take HST train to Zuoying Station and:
1. take the property shuttle (surcharge ans reservation needed).
2. take Kenting express to Herng Chuen and take free shuttle to the property. (Please contact the property after getting tickets. This service is not available for group.)
The property provides chargeable shuttle service to National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium, South Beach and Kenting Shopping Street. Guests who wish to use the service are kindly requested to inform the property in advance.
