10.0We had a suite with kitchenette which was a generous size and well equipped. The location with view across the gold course to the sea and Montague Island is outstanding

10.0I arrived late. Receptionist was patient and polite even though I had inconvenienced her. My first stay here, I was impressed, an ideal stay for working travelers following a long drive out of Melbourne. All good.

6.0It was a pretty average place, so nothing really stands out. It has a reasonable sized fridge.
− Uncomfortable queen sized bed. Shower’s knobs screw off. Rainhead shower only, so useless if you don’t want to wet your hair. TV had limited streaming apps to sign into. Children allowed to play with loud buzzer at reception which is frustrating if you’re trying to nap during the afternoon. Not located close to a beach or town, just an interrupted view of flat sea. I noticed the pool was closed when we arrived, yet their ad and street sign stated “heated pool”. Reception employee was ingenuine on arrival and the cleaning staff unfriendly.

− I personally dont like when there is a fabric sofa or fabric furniture in hotels. A leather or psuede leather sofa would be excellent choice.
