Surprisingly spacious room. Friendly staff and nice roof area. Clean and modern furnishings. We stayed in a backyard facing room and so was very quiet.

This was our first time booking a hotel in New York so we picked this for our convenience and the price. We have been to a couple of hotels and the first person you interact with defines the whole experience for me and my family. We checked into the hotel, Ana greeted us with a very warm welcome, accommodating us with our luggage’s and was very helpful in answering all our questions. Our room was clean, the noise level wasn’t too bad except sometimes during the night but that was mostly outside. During our leave, Ana helped us to order a taxi to our airport and it arrived on time. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely check back here on our next trip to New York!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! This is my third time there and from the moment I arrive, the staff has made me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly and professional. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. My stay was perfect and it made me feel like a valued guest.
