1.0− Manobrista recebeu meu carro no check in mas no check out havia faltado e precisei pegar o carro na chuva, indo até um estacionamento inóspito coberto de lama. Ainda se recusaram a reembolsar o valor deste serviço.

− O quarto tinha alguns pontos que precisavam de uma limpeza mais pesada. As cortinas estavam com manchas de sujeira, e as paredes do banheiro também apresentavam manchas que provavelmente sairiam com uma limpeza mais caprichada. Além disso, o banheiro estava com um forte cheiro de retorno de esgoto, o que tornou a estadia menos confortável.
