Very clean room, great location to enjoy the wine and restaurant venues in Old town, great morning coffee options, fridge and water in room was nice

− Old key locks, and the outdoor courtyard could have nicer cushions on the furniture, but other than that it’s a property that is historic, clean, easily accessible and a great value.

Location in town next/near everything in walking distance; parking relatively easy and free across the street or on the street; hospitality room with Starbucks coffee, tea, hot cocoa, etc. Clean. Kitschy.

− Room is small which was unexpected, but doable. Not a lot of room for things around the sink and the sink in the room we were in was separated from the shower area which was also small, but again - it worked out just fine!

Quiet location, clean, good coffee, neat courtyard. Stayed on the first floor so access was simple. Free parking directly behind the hotel with a ramp for luggage. Felt safe

− Would have been perfect, except I didn’t figure out how to turn off eco mode on the ac until the morning. Unit kept shutting off at night. Warm night

Excellent Historic Motel on Cottonwood Main Street

The rooms were renovated and very nice. I stayed on the first floor with a nice surrounded by the U-shaped two story motel. Also very nice guest services room with gourmet coffee machine & supplies open 24 hours… Plenty of free parking in the lot behind the hotel… Also the hotel is on the Main Street of Cottonwood & easy to visit stores and restaurants.

− So the gentleman couldn’t have cared less about us as customers… The rule of thumb I follow is it is always easier to maintain or keep an existing customer, rather than to lose a client, and then have to replace them… Advertising, hoping for a good word-of-mouth, whatever… There’s nothing heartwarming whatsoever about the reception given to us by the mail clerk dark care in his 40s or 50s? KB? As far as the room goes, the air conditioner is about 3 feet from my head and noisy and absolutely a horrible set up for summertime, in the winter, maybe without any AC noise and just the fan itself, could be a slightly different story… This room needs to be upgraded without the window AC unit poking through 3 feet from the head of the bed, it should clearly be a mini split with a nice quiet head unit located at the top of the ceiling, as far as possible away from the beds, and thereby reducing the loud hum of the AC unit to a very quiet blower, as they would soon find out if they really cared. It is obvious they do not care or they would’ve done this to alleviate the heavy noise of this stupid large window unit. Never again in this room.
