8.0The location - The hotel was close to the airport bus station. Having a restaurant on site was convenient.
− Overall lighting was too dark. The interior colour was black, and the lighting was dimmed too much. Hard to see anything inside. The very front door was confusing to find the correct one. Perhaps some visible signage can assist.

5.0− 디럭스 룸에도 욕조가 없었고, 침대 양 사이드에 충전 또는 전기를 사용할 곳이 없다. 복도에 공조 시스템 미가동(매우 더움), 주차장 폭 좁아서 불편함.

10.0아침식사는 아침에 적당하게 먹을 수 있는 음식으로 구성되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 도심지에 있어서 필요한 것들을 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 전망도 아주 좋았습니다. 동탄이 이렇게 멋진 뷰가 나오는줄 몰랐네요~^^
− 아쉬웠던 점은 침대가 조금 작고 쿠션감이 없어서 조금은 불편했습니다. 또한, 샤워기의 호스가 찢어져 있어서 그쪽으로 물이 새어 샤워하는데 조금은 불편했습니다. 욕실 청소시 샤워기 물을 틀어보면 바로 알 수 있는 부분인데, 조금은 아쉬웠습니다. 그외 나머지 부분은 정말 만족합니다. 다음에도 동탄쪽 방문시 신라스테이 선택할 것 입니다.
