6.0Nice quiet location close to town, check in bizarrely is 1/2 a mile away on Clarke St.
Not happy
2.0First check in was at another location which had no parking so I had to double park. Once we got to the b&b's location there was no parking. We had to park in an alley behind property.The room was very dated and had cob webs. Sink was in bedroom which was not that big of a deal but worth mentioning

6.0My husband and I chose this B&B since it was one of the few places close to town that didn't have an over the top rate. It was good for what we paid for, but the condition of the room was below average. The paint was peeling, and the walls and carpets were heavily stained. The staff was very pleasant, however. They own several B&Bs in the area and operate out of another location so it's possible they just aren't aware of the condition the Elm Street Inn is in.
