8.0This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notradame Cathedral, a laundromat, and many dining options. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Our room’s AC stopped working and the staff were quick to change our rooms. There is no washer and dryer onsite. Parking is limited, but you can park on the street. The police department is very close to the hotel.

10.0Robert has done far and beyond to support the customer. He directed me to grab food before my conference call at an odd afternoon hours and also assisted me clearly when I called back to enquire how to post my clothes back. Thanks to him, I had a good business trip and felt fully supported.
