The location is next to big store the staff are helpfull and friendly. The aircon is excellent. If you needed something like towels they respond right away. Thank u

− I didnt like the stairs. We stayed 3 nights and the constructions is going on all those days. The breakfast is same over and over. Our bathroom sink is not draining properly.

− We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. While the room was quite expensive for what it offered, we understood that hotel rates in Boracay are generally higher. The location was convenient, as it was close to D’Mall and D’Talipapa. Our experience took a disappointing turn during checkout. The staff told us that the bath soap bottle was missing from our room. We explained that when we first checked in, the bottle was in the bathroom. However, after we requested housekeeping during our stay, we noticed that the bottle was gone. The staff spoke to the housekeeping personnel, who insisted that they had left the bottle in the bathroom. They also claimed that we had asked them to refill the bottle, which was completely untrue. We never requested a refill because we brought our own toiletries and didn’t use the hotel’s bath soap at all. What disappointed us the most was how the situation was handled. Instead of investigating what happened, reviewing the CCTV footage, or checking whether the housekeeping staff had accidentally removed or replaced the bottle, they simply expected us to pay for it. Since we were already running late for our flight, we had no choice but to pay the ₱300 charge just to avoid further delays. The ₱300 wasn’t the issue. It was the way the hotel handled the situation. It felt like they were more interested in collecting payment than finding out what had actually happened. If something goes missing from a room, guests shouldn’t automatically be held responsible without a proper investigation. We had a wonderful time in Boracay, but this incident left us with a bad impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we would not stay here again, and we would not recommend it to our friends.

I super like the location, close to savemore, watsons, walking distance to DMall and station 2, since it is on the hiway easy access to ebikes.
