Friendly people but horrible accomodations
4.0The place had the feel of a half-way home with permanent residents living there. It advertises laundry but it closes at 3:30p so unless you start a load right at first possible checkin, you don't have ready access. Loud noises from the side street could be heard throughout the night. Something bit me during the middle of the night. The bite area slightly swelled and itched badly for the next couple of days. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

2.0I was double billed and the staffs aid they couldn't do anything about it until the manager was there. 2 days later! I'm still waiting for it to be fixed! The room looked okay, but smelled. Hard floor, no carpet, needed to be mopped. The toilet tank pump was extremely noisy when it was running. I had to close the bathroom door at night it was so loud! Horrible experience!
