8.0Thank you to the staff J's Five Two, especially Amit and Ramesh, for arranging breakfast for me at around noon, almost two hours after the scheduled breakfast timings. One aspect the hotel should look into is the working of its fire alarm. There was a mini fire in the site opposite the hotel on the night of July 20, 2018 and the fire fighting services had to be rushed to douse the fire. There was a lot of smoke in the entire area. However, no fire alarm in the hotel was activated to alert its guests. Thankfully, there was no loss or injury caused to anyone. This event should help the hotel to review its fire protection policies.
