10.0The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and felt very well taken care of.

− I stayed at Marriott Şişli for 7 days in room 2412 with my wife and our infant baby. Unfortunately, the experience was far below what I expected from a five-star Marriott hotel, and I honestly would not choose to stay here again. One of the first disappointments was the parking. I was charged 650 Turkish Lira per day just to park my car. Over a 7-day stay, this becomes a considerable additional expense. For a five-star hotel, I expected parking arrangements for hotel guests to be much more reasonable, especially considering the overall cost of the stay. At check-in, I paid a deposit of 10,000 Turkish Lira. During the entire stay, my additional expenses were only two meals and 7 days of parking. At check-out, I was told that I needed to add more money to the deposit, which I did. After paying and believing everything was completely settled, another staff member, possibly a supervisor or manager, approached me and asked me to pay additional money AGAIN. This was extremely confusing and unprofessional. It gave me the impression that there was very poor communication between the staff and that the payment system was not properly coordinated. The room itself was also disappointing. There was a noticeable wind noise coming through the door, and cold air was actually entering the room. This was particularly uncomfortable because we were traveling with an infant. During the stay, I became sick twice, and having cold air constantly coming through the room door certainly did not make the situation any better. Housekeeping was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a five-star Marriott property. The cleaning was inconsistent and sometimes basic items such as drinking water were not even replenished. These may sound like small details, but at a five-star hotel, guests should not have to think about whether basic room amenities will be replaced each day. Another major inconvenience was the elevators.
