8.0整體空間看起來明亮乾淨～冷熱水很強洗澡很舒服
− 住了幾次，比較不好的缺點就是廁所地板洩水沒抓好，地板積水嚴重不會消

7.0房間非常大間，附近環境優秀，有超商有小北百貨，離仁愛路飲食方便，員工服務很好，早餐品質也有一定程度。
− 這次住四人房，有多項缺點，洗澡的淋浴間竟然沒照明，在浴室內就是個陰暗的空間，太太還拿手機進去增加照明。洗手台竟然在浴室外面，也沒另外的空間，等於早上若是早起要洗漱，勢必會吵到其他還要睡覺的人。地板是貼木的，走起來聲音很大。冷氣轉到18度也只是會小涼，電梯前的出風口都比房間涼，開始睡覺後慢慢有涼了，但也只是房間部份區域，這次含早餐3000初的房價，我認為不值得。
