10.0I had an excellent stay at Aruja Hotel and can highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff. After checking in, I was pleasantly offered a different room, which turned out to be spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I slept very well throughout my stay. What impressed me most was the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. Every single employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The reception staff assisted me with everything I needed, including helping me find an ATM. My luggage was brought to my room, and the security staff at the entrance were always welcoming, opening doors and helping with my bags whenever needed. The breakfast and buffet exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, the selection was excellent, and the service was outstanding. The location is also fantastic. Sundar Nagar is a beautiful, green, and peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is conveniently located for both the city's attractions and the airport. A special thank you to everyone working at the hotel. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team, security staff, and everyone behind the scenes – thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. You made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. A well-deserved 10 out of 10!
